Ulrich Stelzl: Protein interaction networks at amino acid resolution

We are pleased to share insights from a compelling presentation by Prof. Ulrich Stelzl, of the Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Pharmaceutical Chemistry at the University of Graz. Ulrich provided insights into the creation of unique molecular interaction networks. Employing a combination of experimental techniques and computational methods, his work focuses on unraveling the impact of genetic variations and protein modifications on cellular processes, as well as solving protein structures. This exploration contributes to a more comprehensive understanding of complex diseases and provides valuable guidance for the development of personalized medicine.

The talk took place on January 15th as part of the CMBI/TKFI seminar series at CCB (Lecture Hall L.EG.220) at the University of Innsbruck, concluding in an engaging discussion.
