Susan S. Taylor: New Frontiers in PKA Signaling

Susan S. Taylor, a distinguished Professor of Chemistry, Biochemistry and Pharmacology at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) known for her pioneering contributions to the understanding of protein kinases, has maintained a longstanding collaboration with Eduard Stefan, the scientific head of the Tyrolean Cancer Research Institute/Tiroler Krebsforschungsinstituts (TKFI). This cooperation resulted in a captivating talk held at the University of Innsbruck on November 20, 2023. As the very first combined CMBI and TKFI seminar, Susan provided historical and groundbreaking novel insights to structure-function relationships of kinases.
