An Evening of Science: The TKFI at the “Langen Nacht der Forschung 2024”

We are pleased to briefly share our experiences from the “Langen Nacht der Forschung” last Friday.

With great enthusiasm, we observed that our booth attracted a significant number of visitors. Many curious individuals of all ages took the opportunity to discover our program and learn about basics cancer research. This allowed us to present our work to a broad audience and make our research as accessible as possible.

Guido Wollmann’s lecture, “Impfen gegen Krebs – wie geht das?”, was also very well received.

We hope to participate again next year and would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Andreas Aufschnaiter, Astrid Bernkop-Schnürch, Brigitte Kircher, Clara Dosser, Guido Wollmann, Kai Zimmer, Lisa Pipperger, Lukas Perro, Meike Terwort, Nina Payr, Sarah Danklmaier and Sieghart Sopper for their help with the organization as well as on the evening itself.
